My complaint:
Since you’ve changed the packaging the soup tastes completely differently. It’s gross now. I’m not sure if you’ve changed the ingredients or noodles but our family will not be purchasing Mr. Noodles ant longer due to the flavour change.
Suggested solution:
Make it the way it used to be
