My complaint:
The directions kept referring to a line on the inside of cup,the line does not exist. not a good idea to guess for health/safety reasons..other than that all was fine.
Suggested solution:
Firstly fix the problem before a cup is overfilled and explodes in a microwave oven. send me a few coupons for your products if you wish. Taste wise the product is fine.
