My complaint:

I am taking this opportunity to email you on how much harassment moxy have caused me and my partner.
We booked the hotel through dayuse website yesterday.
staff is racist, they don’t even keep a smile on their face when they see brown people. We were not even greeted with a smile.
We checked in an hr late and we very well knew all hotels are non smoking so we went out of hotel twice to have a smoke and visited tesco near by as soon as we returned the second time. Your hotel indiscipline staff entered our room without knocking with a cleaner staff. To be on point the hotel was stinking garbage.
They started accusing us of smoking inside the room.
My partner was asked to leave immediately .I was not aware that he will loose more money which caused us more 150pound apart 75 pound for stay and everything happen within the span of 3hrs . Despite asking them for any proof they were clearly unable to provide. The window was never open. There was no smoke in the room ,no Ash anywhere. Infact if you can check in camera you can see we left the room twice to go out of hotel twice in 3hr .. we felt so insulted and I don’t wanted my partner to get in some fight so we left.
But clearly staff just wanted to deduct some money without proof.
Hence I am requesting you to investigate this and I demand a full refund of everything with a apology note from your staff.
