My complaint:

I bought a 4 pack monster energy ultra (white) have been buying them for months and never have I had a complaint about them before now.
2 of the cans had small holes in the bottom of them and weren’t full.
The other 2 were fine have no complaints about them.

Suggested solution:

That is totally up to you to decide as a company as to how you would like to deal with the complaint.
As I did not drink the 2 that were damaged as they were like a small needle hole I was not going to put my health at risk in case they had been injected with something as these days you can’t trust what had happened to them.
They may have just been put on something that had pieced them but not taking that chance.
I did not keep the cans as I opened them and disposed of the cans in the bin my husband advised me to report the complaint which is what I’m doing.
