My complaint:
The new glasses make your beer flat it doesnt keep its head and it look bad on the establishment where we do our please can we go back to the glasses we had before as we wont be drinking carling
Suggested solution:
Get rid of these awful glasses
I cannot understand why people want to fix something that is not broken
