My complaint:
I am not one to complain but I am tired of the customer service when I try to return a flat beer to a retailer. I enjoy my Molson Canadian beer,have been drinking it for 30 yrs and am a big HABS fan.There has been occasions when I get a flat beer or a broken cap and when I go to return it it is a nightmare!!! I don’t have a vehicle, I take transit and it is so embarrassing when I try to explain to the retailer what happened.They question me, they are rude it is like they don’t believe me.Can you please help me??
