My complaint:
I rang last week and asked for my empties to be collected. I then rang again Wednesday 7th September to check when they were collecting they said 8th September I then rang customer service today and asked when they were coming at 3pm they said they were coming today but couldn’t give me a time and it could be up to 6pm and I still have 20 odd kegs in my tiny courtyard after bank holiday! I order up to 25 kegs a week and the lack of support and communication is horrendous! On top of all this getting an emergency order is a nightmare and cost a fortune. I was on hold once at 5:50 eventually got through at 6:10 and the lady didn’t even recognise my postcode thank god for my other supplier.
Suggested solution:
I want to be credited at least 15 madri or I will leave
