My complaint:
As a new widow I have been trying to set up online accounts with all utilities. I have been successful with all but Missouri American Water. I have been hung up on. Three manager callbacks to no avail. They don’t seem to want to help me. I have made at least 15 or more call and get no cooperation. I would like Missouri American water to please finally help me complete the registration process. I have been a customer for more than 50 years and all other utilities have made this process easy except to them.
Suggested solution:
Have someone from technical support or a manager contact me to finalize this process.
