My complaint:
Hi I completed level 3 childcare from this organization and it’s been more than 1 year, they have not provide my certificate yet. I took student loan to do this course so they already got full payment. I kept patience and contact college and my teacher many time to inquire about my certificate but I never get any response. And in the end I ended up with big argument but still no response. Now I am jobless and where ever I am trying to find job they are asking for certificate. And I don’t know what to do?
