My complaint:
My car is blocked because I changed my address. I was told to fax over a copy of my ID and it would take 5 to 7 business days for them to review the document! I faxed it on the 28th of August! They said they received it on the 29th. I called today and now they’re telling me it’s going to take 2 weeks! I do not understand how it could take 2 weeks to look at a piece of paper! I’m a traveling construction worker and I was counting on having that card so I can get to my next job! Which starts Wednesday this week! Now I’m just screwed!
Suggested solution:
They should take the block off of my card so I can use it to fat to my next job
