MetLife complaint: Claim processing delay

My complaint:

I have a short term disability claim, and Case Manager has delayed payments, via suspension, from 12102019 to present. Make note, that this claim was approved, via same illness, since the approved Claim Effective date. Also, upon the date the original filed claim, the claim payment was delayed, from 9132019 through 12102019, of which, I received my last payment. Since 12102019, I have not received payment, with an explanation that my claim was suspended, due to medical info was not received, regarding treatment. From this point, my claim was suspended from 12082019 – present, after sending 2 other documents, resulting in the third attempt, sending treatment plan ( will attach all documents to support my complaint). In result, I login into my account on 01122020, to recognize that my claim has been closed with payments not received 12132019. On 01092020, I received voicemail from my Case Manager, at 8:00pm. This was a result of numerous calls to Metlife regarding nonpayment of benefits. I called approximately 3 mins after Valencia called, of which, I was forwarded to voicemail. Now my account closed. I can no longer receive treatment, due t no benefits have been reined since 12132019. I need help!
