My complaint:
My husband was in Melville Gardens nursing home for two months, while waiting to go to a nursing home of our choice. He moved to another nursing home on April 5th. I had to pay April’s month in advance but now they will not refund me. I have called twice but was told on one phone call she did not know when I would get the refund back and the next time I called no one answered the phone, I phone three no’s but still no answer. I need my refund, I still have to pay the nursing home that my husband is in now( Maple Stone) Would you please help me get the refund back
