Melbourne Airport complaint: Disgusting qantas service desk behaviour

My complaint:

I am extremely disgusted and disappointed by the behaviour of one of your service desk staff fat white man with dark hair, a bit bald. Recently, me and my elderly Asian mother forgot to bring her correct passport. We were both incredibly stressed out the flight was connecting us to an international flight which was very expensive and we had a tour waiting. We went to ask for help at the desk where fat greek man did not greet us with a hello or a smile. He was angry looking the whole time, surely you teach your staff to have basic manners where you at least look approachable and not angry the whole time. Next, my mother asked if there were any later flights and he corrected her in a rude tone saying “earlier flights not later”. He was wrong, we were trying to find later flights as we forgot our passport as previously mentioned. As we are both Asian and have both experienced plenty of racism in our lives we felt very offended and shamed by his rude behaviour. His behaviour was just the cherry on top to completely ruin my day. Please contact him about having better manners, even a smile would have made me feel better. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this “man”.
