My complaint:
Bought a Maytag washer August 2020 had it delivered in September and didn’t work. Lowes brought me a new one the next day, less than 2 yrs later it is broke. I hired a reputable appliance repair company they came out and changed the drain pump twice and installed a new board. Five trips and 3 technichians later it still doesn’t work. Lowes told me it was a lemon but Maytag will do nothing. I will NEVER buy a Maytag or Whirlpool (same company) again. After spending $900 on the washer less than 2 yrs ago and $1,300 on parts and repairs I am told it can’t be fixed and I have to buy a new one.
Suggested solution:
They should bring me a new washer and take the lemon back.
