My complaint:
One of the Plastic Clip which holds the Carpet Glider onto the Main Body, keep on disengaged.
Failed to put it back onto its locking position couple of times.
Suggested solution:
Take it back and give me a Refund.

9 months ago - Additional information from the Buyer, in fact ,I have contact Ronnel service staff of eBay for the following days 7/7; 8/7;14/7 and 20/7/2023 respectively with a Short Video / a photo of the Defective Mop as request by him. Up to the present , I receive no Response from him at all. What a Service ?? They always Claim that Goods they sell can be returned. I have Very Good Reasons to make my claim, as the Product is Poor Quality and Can't Perform its Basic Function. Why should I bother to buy it ?? It has wasted me a lot of time to Explain to Ronnel what the problems are and Why I need a Refund. eBay as an International Organization should has a Better Customer Services, isn't it ????
