My complaint:
They were a good practice until you have to cancel an appointment (Yes one appointment) and fail to make another appointment within two months. I was seen at this practice by Dr. Gaines for at least 3 years or more and two pregnancies. I had a hard time with recovery with my second child and both of my children were dealing with serious medical issues. I called in April to cancel an appointment only to receive a letter from administration that threatened to drop me due to excessive cancellations. I called to clarify and they apologized after acknowledging that it was my first cancellation. I explained that I didn’t have enough sick time to make an appointment at the moment but I will call back to reschedule. LESS than one month later I received a letter stating I have been dropped due to excessive cancellations. Again, I call to clarify and was told that my mailbox was full and they tried to reach me excessively. Even after I explained the situation. I feel like just a number bringing in a paycheck. They never really cared about their patients, lied and was very unprofessional. They also mentioned Dr. Gaines initiated this action. I hope this helps someone

I no longer feel welcomed or cared for. I believe I\'m just a paycheck to them. I would rather go somewhere that is professional, honest and where I feel like I\'m valued.
