My complaint:

I have not received my goods which were ordered on 10th January. Payment was taken on 14th January. I e.mailed the company in February and received a reply saying my goods would be sent to me, I still haven’t received it. I have since e.mailed them several times since and they are not acknowledging my e.mails

Suggested solution:

Either send my goods or return my money and shipping charge
