My complaint:
Taco, Pharmacist and student had horrible attitude and were not customer service oriented. I was interrupted on the phone by Taco. His attitude was horrible. I was sent to this store from my local store and was treated horribly. If I ever have to deal with this pharmacy, it will not be happening again like this. I told Taco I would file a complaint. What the nerve of a person. Clearly, he is not interested in being helpful and neither is the student. I would like to hear back from someone at Kroger regarding this.
Suggested solution:
They should ensure that people like this are not dealing with customers. I am spending my time and hard earned money with this store. I am happy to go elsewhere.
