This is just awful, My niece sent me a very expensive and bouquet. And this is what I got.
Suggested solution:
They need to refund the florist in Montreal. They refunded my niece because they care about their reputation. It is clear that this florist here in Pompano on Sample Road doesn\'t care about their reputation.
