My complaint:
I am an abuse victim and as a coping mechanism I turned to gambling sites to take my mind of the horrors going on in my head and my mental state. This got me into £10k debt with gambling sites and in doing so registered myself to be excluded from all gambling sites and yet your company continues to email me with offers. I’ve just received another one and the trigger affect has just floored me completely as if everything has hit me like a brick.
Suggested solution:
I want to know why!! The spiralling after your emails is horrendous.
