My complaint:
The staff here are abysmal and gross. This place is also very filthy and very nasty and stinky, I kid you not. I wouldn’t advise anyone to come here by any means at all. The staff are very lazy, I tried to get them to shampoo this nasty carpet in my motel room and it never happened. Even when the maintenance guy came and it seemed as though he was going to do it, he just stopped and left and never did it. I even talked to the manager and she was very mean and very nasty, even yelling at me and fussing at me in the process to where I left it alone. The staff were rude before I moved here, and at first I wasn’t going to move here. I Googled this place before moving here and it looked neat, but when
I got here it was a different story. This area doesn’t seem to safe at all, and this place is very filthy nasty and smelly. The staff look as though they need pressure showering, the residents here are not good either. I would advise anyone to physically go and look at any place either before moving to it or doing business with it by all means necessary, the website of a business may not always be updated and you can regret it if you’re not careful, there’s a lot of scammers out here unfortunately so you have to be on guard. I’ll be moving out of here in a couple of weeks, this place is too nasty for one’s own good, and the staff here are bad.
I’ve gotten packages here and have been lied to regarding whether they got the package or not, meaning they have my package and telling me that they don’t have it and another staff person here ends up telling me that they got my package. I’ve also gotten attitude from the staff here when trying to check on a package as well, arguing with me like pathetic little children. The staff here are dangerous, as I said I wouldn’t advise anyone to come here. They serve breakfast here but the staff are too sick and gross and do not keep the place up at all, so I don’t think anyone would be stupid enough to move here let alone eat any of their nasty food. They don’t keep themselves clean either besides the creepy attitudes that they have. It smells in my room and there’s gross spots on the carpet that were never cleaned by the staff even after asking them to more than once that resulted in a fight and an argument.
I’ll be correcting this situation though in a couple of weeks, and also getting all of my money back because of creepiness and foolishness from the staff and poor or no service. This kind of animosity and laziness is never tolerated and never will be. I promise you this place is very filthy and smelly, so don’t bother to move here unless these lazy people get it in there minds to start doing their jobs right and clean this whole place up, or get switched out with management and staff who will care enough to do so

A letter needs to be sent to the business regarding this complaint possibly stating consequences of any type of malpractice
