My complaint:
I ordered my name lamp 13.01.2021 and received a ation email – and it said 5-7 days for order to be made and shipped. I sent three emails asking on an update on my order – only on my 4th email did i get a response. My last email I received on Monday 22nd Feb telling me it takes time to a customized order – however nearly two months later. I have nothing.

Send my order or refund my Money!
