My complaint:
I ordered this lamp for my girlfriend in Venezuela, in August of 2019, It had a photo of her parents that have passed away. I bought this lamp for her so she could fall asleep with her deceased parents in her dreams. They claimed they sent it 3 times but she never received it! They keep saying it was at the post office but it is supposed to be DELIVERED to her. Besides, it was never at the post office! Two of the three tracking ‘s they gave me, were ficticious. I have sent these people email after email, which Inhave records of. I think I was very polite at first but after getting the run around for NINE MONTHS, I am at my wit’s end.
