My complaint:
Hello, My 8 year old daughter was playing with my phone and downloaded MAGIC FACE, I noticed and deleted it. To my surprise. there was a charge on the visa ending in 5383, which states on my email the 3day free trial was until yesterday that was charged $103.00 on this Visa. So I let them know with three different emails to Star Party Limited, that whole situation with my young daughter, plus that I was canceling because the 3day trial was until March 18,2020 which was yesterday, still they charged it. They answered as if it’s a machine that answers because in all the it was the same answer. Plus I saw lots of reviews indicating that this party is a hoax, that they are a cheat because they charge you before the the day trial plus, I let them know it was never used, plus the 3 day trial was yesterday and why would I have someone charge $103.00 on something that I had no use of. Their not answering I’ve sent them three more emails about my refund their not answering. Please I really need this money for my bills and more than ever that I am not working.
Suggested solution:
Please they should see it was a 3 day trial I canceled on the third day and still they charged my card with no authorization. I WOULD WANT THEM TO REFUND MY $103.00 TO THE VISA ENDING IN 5383. THANK YOU
