My complaint:
We are a pet supplies company from the Philippines, McDuffy Inc.
We intend to file a formal complaint against Yiwu Jinluan Technology Co. Ltd. with office address located at 155 Xueyan Road, Zongtang 1st District, Yiwu City, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, China. Our contact person in the company is Sofia Wang with whatsapp number 86-15658904489 and email address sofia.jinluan@gmail.com. The company website is www.ywjlkj.com.
We purchased from their company a total of 1,000 pcs of Dog Car Seat cover and 1,000 pcs of Dog Pool for our Philippines and Spain branches with a total amount of USD $ 12,637.00 on July 3, 2023. We made a down payment of USD $ 3,200.00 and the remaining balance or full payment amounting to USD $ 9,437.00 was deposited last August 15, 2023, to their given bank details.

After completing the full payment, we barely heard from Sofia through email. It has been almost a month since the last time she replied. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to her through email/whatsapp for the details of the shipment of the products, we did not receive any reply from her.
Last September 13, she replied to the message of our boss via whatsapp and she promised that she will send all procurement and shipping logistics information to my Boss’s email, but until now we haven’t received any documents. We received an email last September 14 that only shows the order shipping information for both Spain and Philippines and the details that she has provided are very confusing, as well as deceiving. We have requested many times for the copies of the Proforma Invoices, Packing List, and Bill of Lading but she did not send anything.
Sofia has also replied to one of our whatsapp messages last September 26, and she said that she will only communicate directly with our boss, as he was the one who paid for the orders. Our Boss sent an email directly to Sofia last September 27 and asked for all the documents pertaining to our orders both for Spain and Philippine shipments, to no avail. We have waited long enough, and our patience is growing thin. At this stage, we strongly believe that we have been scammed by Ms. Sofia Wang and her bogus company.
Please help us to find and track down this supplier as soon as possible. We placed an order to their company and made full payments as we trusted them due to the fact that we saw their products in your platform, Made-in-China. This is quite a huge investment for our company, and we need our money back.
