My complaint:

Put my car in for service with fully functional dash cam when picked up it wasn’t working saying error and not recording.

Spoke to dealership they said they would look into it after nearly 12 months of 2 and FRO they replaced with bargain basement version that doesn’t have the functions that the original camera had.

Suggested solution:

replace with same variant of camera that was paid for in the purchase of the vehicle
