My complaint:
been using Mac cosmetics forever however the Mac lip pencil that I bought must be defective because every time I sharpen it the point breaks n Ikeep trying but it keeps breaking
Suggested solution:
send me a new Lip Pencil in CORK. THIS ONE THAT I PURCHASED IN SOHO IS NO GOOD IVE BEEN USING MAC PRODUUCS FOR 30 YEARS NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT WITH ANYTHING ELSE
