My complaint:
I’m so frustrated and disappointed by the Lynk Co car delivery in Germany, which was delayed three times and in total one month, the waiting time is now more than 12 weeks which is far more than committed 4-8 weeks.
I was informed a new delay when I was waiting at home today, which is completed unacceptable. Without any compensation and car replacement plan, but only deprioritize my order by keeping your other clients. What a descrimination!
Suggested solution:
Deliver the car today as of 23rd Oct, and compensate my extra car rent cost in the past one month.
