My complaint:
I feel not welcomed and fooled by the younger male front desk. Before I travel to the hotel, I asked about the price of transfer service, and he interrupted me rudely more than once and let me to call him again for his check of my reservation. By the first day I arrived, again he talked to me rudely without a address. One day before I leave the hotel, he noticed me using the washing machine and after I come back to collect my clothes, the machine displays E01 which looks like an error. He said it means the machine finished washing. However after I rechecked my clothes, I found that my clothes became even dirtier than before, I must have been bullied.
Suggested solution:
Please let that creature stop hurting humans
