My complaint:
I requested LuckyLandSlots to review what I thought were multiple double charges to my credit card account and they did. They determined that they were legit and then proceeded to deactivate my account with prize winnings of $9000 plus in my account. No guidance as to how they are going to reimburse me my money. I didn’t know that a simple request would get me deactivated and my prize winnings stolen from me.
Suggested solution:
They should re activate my account so I can redeem my prize winnings.
My friend just won 16,000 and as soon as she cashed it out they deactivated her account and won’t pay her the money she won they are giving her the run around but the bottom line is they aren’t wanting to pay her! I have tried to search who it is to file a complaint with there has to be a some kind of overseer if these online casinos like a gaming commissions office something but I just can’t seem to find it!
