My complaint:

My name is Josselyn Amaya, and I’m filing a formal complaint against LuckyLand Slots (VGW Holdings) for withholding two valid Sweep Coins payments, despite following all AMOE (no-purchase-necessary) procedures and receiving ation that my entries were counted.

My username on the platform is Josseline47may. I have been sending AMOE letters from December 2024 through May 2025, and I was consistently receiving payments with no issues.

However, my last payment was on May 13, 2025. Since then, two payment cycles have passed, and I have not received any of the two following payments, even though I submitted my entries on time.

I contacted LuckyLand support, and they ed via email that many of my entries were received and counted, but then informed me that they couldn’t process the payments before operations closed in New York, which I find unacceptable.

I believe LuckyLand is acting in bad faith by acknowledging my valid entries and then refusing to process the rewards they owe me. I respectfully request that LuckyLand Slots:

Issue my missing Sweep Coins payouts, or

Provide an appropriate compensation, in accordance with their published rules.

I am willing to provide the support emails and all relevant documentation upon request.
