My complaint:
We flew too Lourdes from Shannon airport with 3 kids 2 who has Austim I contacted the airport and explained the kids needs so lady said everything will be OK .but on arrival on the 25th June 2019 we walk up too the top of the queue and a staff member git out if the window he was working in and started shouting as us and brought us back too the end of the queue, around 30 people in front of us .with the kids crying and upset then on the way back on the 25 the June 2019 security guard made my daughter go true scanner around 4 times as it kept beeping as she was touching it as she was afaird she bang her head and cut her forehead and under her eye and a bruise on the other side if the forehead after all that they did a body search on her as she was screaming and crying .this is totally unacceptable the way we were treated by staff at Lourdes airport my kids are still traumatized by it she cried for 2 hours straight after it I intend in taking this matter further
