My complaint:
Ordered on 07.10.24 a full set of Logitech G Pro racing wheel set worth 1377£ It’s been nearly 3 weeks since and they send me in return a pair of gloves worth 25£!! Try to get in touch with them many times but with less success, their customer support is useless, i asked to cancel my order and still waiting without any updates or anything, the only thing they do is liyng and opening and closing tickets, 2 weeks ago they told me that my order is waiting for courier without issuing any label for the parcel…just lies, over lies…worst experience buying from Logitech… I feel like I’m being scammed by them…
