Lobel Financial complaint: charging fees at end of loan I wasn’t aware of

My complaint:

At the end of my loan with lobel fin, they added so many fees I wasn’t aware of. for instance I changed my due date one time and they have attached fees I never knew about, also they attached fees for next day after due date I never knew.

Suggested solution:

all I want is to pay my last three payment without the fees I knew nothing about.
