My complaint:
When i received my package from this company the mail person knocked on my door to inform me that my phone number was displayed on the shipping label. I called the company and i was told that the warehouse that does the packaging was responsible for the error. I find out it was labeled by fed ex. So when i called them they informed me that my phone number was displayed because who ever input the information put my phone number in the name field displaying my phone number for the public to see.
Suggested solution:
A review of the person who did not catch this error on the shipping label.
