LinkedIn complaint: Disgusting service and support

My complaint:

We are a voluntary organisation focussed on diversity, equity and inclusion. Account was opened for several days without issue and started to grow at a rate which exceeded our expectations in terms of followers and connections. The account was abruptly placed on restriction and we were effectively locked out. We then received communications back and forth with someone from their security team saying we were unprofessional and content was inappropriate. We asked for specifics but nothing has been provided just referrals to their guidelines which we have not breached. We have tried to explain but the person we are dealing with “Lupin” (I doubt that’s their real name, perhaps they’ve been watching the French Netflix series of the same name) is very frosty in their responses, a disregard for what we are saying and provided no reasonable level of care. Really disgusted with this one individual is is stopping a voluntary organisation from promoting a message of positivity and addressing bias and discrimination.

Suggested solution:

Escalate the matter, show some empathy and understand what we are saying. We could have just created another account and LinkedIn would not even know but this is all about why this individual is behaving in this way. Is do called Lupin refusing to help because they are a racist or Islamophobic in view of the ID I sent as part of their process??? This all is very strange.
