My complaint:
As a part of Israel efforts to explain its narrative, my account was completely blocked and I can seem to do anything about it. their support is abysmal and wont provide me simple answers to basic questions, I cant access any information on the platform. and I cant remove my email from their platform as well, as I get error 400 (unauthorized) when I try to login to delete my account and release it. I would like to complaint on several things:
1. Prevent me access without apparent reason, and without explaining what comment broke community rules that led to not allowing me to access
2. The lack of response from unprofessional support personnel.
3. The lack of visibility on the entire process
4. Holding my data as hostage without the option to get it
Please assist me to resolve these matters.
Suggested solution:
1. I need all my data
2. I need a serious reply explaining what comment led them to block me from the platform
3. I need to delete my email from there servers after getting all data
