My complaint:
no one answer phones. went to the doctor on 429 not one doctor has answer my paperwork for my weekly disabilty for my job. they will not let me recieve any funds until the doctor answer there paperwork from lincoln hosptail orthopedic clinic department on the first floor 1a7 dr. bornwell. im living without any help from my job because those doctor there dont like doing paperwork.
Suggested solution:
send paperwork so i can start reveive funds from work
