My complaint:
We received an invoice for our caravan site fees, in October 2019 telling us our balance of £1,995 was due ,but we also won a prize for a competition for £100 which was to be taken off the balance. We paid the balance in full in November 2019 but today we received a phone call asking us for another £1000 ,my husband explained we had paid the fees ,but were told it was a mistake and we still,owed another £1000 and could we pay it now. My husband explained that we were not working due to the coronavirus and could not afford to just pat that amount straight away, he was then told that we would be receiving the new invoice to pay . No help or explanation.
Suggested solution:
We would like to know if this is legal, if so can we do payment plans, the park is closed at the moment for obvious reasons so we can\\\'t even hire it out.
