My complaint:

Bought a fridge, stove, washer and dryer. Had problems for someone to come out to fix my fridge, phoned and left messages over and over, no one will return my call. Know I’m having problems with my dryer, called all day yesterday and this morning, no one will return my call. Had to drive down to the store, on 50 street, the service behind the counter was not very friendly, The lady behind the counter put in a short E-Mail, and said there’s nothing else she can do. It,s going to be a long weekend, and I,m without a Dryer. It was more the Attitude she gave me.

Suggested solution:

At least let me know someone will be out soon, so I will not have the same problem as I did with the fridge. How long do I have to wait. With the fridge it took almost 4 weeks.
