My complaint:
I was housed in the Duval county jail PDF location in the most unsanitary conditions at John Goode PDF jail in 2018-2019.
Daily mops were placed in our dorm.
I would request towel bowl brush to clean the toilet.
Never received for months when I entered the toilets were full of fecal matter and debris that hung unto the bowl and linging of the seat.
I have went to jail multiple times and same issue.
Suggested solution:
To provide proper cleaning crew to clean toilets daily or provide toilet brushes.
