My complaint:
The manager of lakeside landing mobile home park was running a $399 move in special for the current month and that all that was needed go move in. We were served with a 3 day notice saying we owed for the month of November. I’ve made several attempt to contact the office since receiving the notice but have yet to hear back from anyone. The manager is never in the office and the office is always closed even during posted open hours. The manager is also running am escort service during business hours which is why she is never in the office
Suggested solution:
I\'d like to understand why were were served with the notice when we were told the only thing we owed was $399 when we moved in. If we need to pay, fine but we should\'ve been told when we signed our lease. This park needs new management.
