My complaint:
ive been a customer in your shop for many years its the only one i know the screens keep breaking down ,screens keep freezing .the staff in there try there hardest to put it right ringing up numerous to get it fixed with no luck its been at least 2 months now ,still nothing done .i placed a bet on a dog race yesterday to find out after i couldn’t watch because the screen 4 dogs was not working .yet the screen for frankel park,and Australian dogs was working .pointless having a bet on the dogs in there if you cant see the race im not the only punter to think that . many thanks
