My complaint:
I have been betting on Ladbrokes, one day I have won 3.000 and something pounds and they closed my account all of sudden with no explanation and didn’t let me widrawal the money back to my bank account. It’s been 3 weeks and no updates, keep calling them and they keep telling me that is no update and the review team is still reviewing the case. I have so much money as balance. What I need to do now. All my bets were correct and I won and also I have taken all the screenshots
