My complaint:

I went to the machine to pay tax for my thumbprint to obtain my residence card. Called the costumer service and advised me to get the receipt in my office bank. I went to my office bank and the teller seems make fun of me. Instead of giving me the right receipt I needed he provided me another receipt with the same price of my tax receipt. I didn’t take a look of it because of the trust that they knew what they are doing. And it is the only transaction I’ve made with my card. Feels like the teller bullied. I was so stressed that the police telling that the receipt and the tax code didn’t match

Suggested solution:

I want this teller to learn his lesson of doing stupid things like this either he apologize or pay for the damage. And give the discipline he needed for using his position if he needed to go to training again for quality costumer service then so be it. I hope he will not do it again to others. Or if not to the office because they tolerated this kind of personnel.
