My complaint:
I paid three treatments and I received two treatments of Kybella. The first treatment gradually reduced the double chin. However, the second treatment I noticed lumps of fat sagging on my chin. The second treatment deformed my chin, now Dr. Aynechi is referring me to a colleague for a chin liposuction.
Suggested solution:
I want Kybella to reimburse me for the 3 treatments that I paid in advance. I would like a permanent solution such as a minor procedure to to resolve this issue.
