My complaint:
I ordered online under my husbands name I ordered a family bbq wings… same order as my daughter the store only made 1 order instead of 2 when my husband asked where his order was the very rude unfriendly store lead Julie was rude it was a double order… placed 2 mins apart and mine had bubbler. She didn’t apologize or nothing very rude store lead we aren’t going back to Thai store ever. She didn’t offer a free pop, or anything for the longer wait.
Suggested solution:
Should have offer a pop or something. Now I would like a gift card.
