Korean Air complaint: Only desire to take money instead of real helping

My complaint:

I want to describe a situation with Korea airline support phone calls were I got the felling Korea Airline company does not want to help and only want to take more money.
I ordered 4 flights from your company for my 4 family members which cost me a lot of money(around 4700 USD):
1) From Tel Aviv to Seoul on the 24 of July – KE958 booking: NB44S9
2) From Seoul to Tel Aviv on the 07 (14:35) of August – KE957 booking: NB44S9
3) From Busan to Jeju on the 02 of August – KE1533 booking: 5LW737
4) From Jeju to Seoul(Gimpo) on the 07(08:40) of August – KE1142 booking: 5LW737
You can see from above that flight 2 depend on flight 4 to be on time.
On the 06 of August, I wanted to do check in to flight number 4 at 20:00 PM when I realized that somehow the flight was changed or ordered by mistake to September 07 instead of August 07, so I called your Support phone number for help finding a way to get from Jeju to Seoul before the flight next day(07 of August) back from Seoul to Tel Aviv. Here is my disappointment from you support treatment because instead of helping me on the phone to find a way to get to Seoul on time for the next day flight to Tel Aviv they told me they cant help and they just can calculate the cost and penalty for switching tickets to next flight to Tel Aviv. I begged to get help on finding a way to get to Seoul on time by finding different flight for example to Bussan(and from there I will take train or car) or to help me find different flight on different airline but they told me they could not help me and they can only again calculate the penalty cost of switching the flight.
Without leaving me any other choice and unwilling to help me I did the flight switching to 09 of August from Seoul to Tel Aviv. This are the costs(money) I lost because of your support un willing to help me and only desire to take more money:
1) The penalty of switching flight was 2899 USD for our family.
2) 2 working days I lost – 1500 USD.
3) new flight we booked from Jeju to Seoul next day at 20:40 – around 250 USD.
4) new hotel needed to order in Seoul for 2 more days – around 250 USD.
5) expanding travel insurance – 140 USD.
6) expanding phone package – 50 USD. Total 4190 USD.
I had some situation on other Airline company when something went wrong and I never got this felling from Support center that instead of helping me to solve the issue in the best way they told me they cant help and just take money for the next flight!?
I expecting Korea airline to be honest and at least return the money for the flight penalty on the flight switching ticket of 2899 USD.
I wrote this complaint in Korea airline site but nobody responded to it.
