My complaint:
I was playing Volcanic Rock Fire today, twice I got 3 suns indicating free games. The game just froze up and did not grant me my free games. Konami is the only game I play. I was and still am upset.
Suggested solution:
I feel they should grant me at least the 16 free games at my bet of $16,000 points
