My complaint:
Khols is giving away an extra 20% off extra at the check out but this is not what’s going on. I went to an online chat with Khols customer service because i notice a price differences.. I discussed this prices with Khols associate and she changed it on her end and told me to refresh my screen and when I did the price has changed back to the on sale price but not given the extra 20% extra at the check out … It clearly stated your price $18.39 at the check out cart but $26.39 on the total cart check out because Khols wasn’t giving the extra percent off… then a Khols associate told me to refresh my computer and khols changed it back to the on sale price $26.39. This is false advertisement a fraud with Khols… Khols is not really giving you an extra percent off at check out!
Suggested solution:
Don't advertise false advertisement... I'm going to keep everyone know on social media just exactly what's going on with Khols and to double check the prices on the list and the check out price as well... I'm going to file a complaint with the consumer report and BBB to let them know that this is fraud.
